Pirates @ P4 Youthful

P4 Youthful had a fun time last Friday, 27 July. The pupils made interesting 'pirate-stuff' such as eye-patches, hats, swords and guns.

Well, I doubt pirates nowadays look like that. Click here to read an article about the arrest of some Indonesian pirates. These pirates look ordinary!

Leadership

Dear P5 pupils, what makes a good leader? In class, we discussed that a good leader cannot be popular all the time. Sometimes, he/she has to make difficult decisions.

Mr Lee Kuan Yew, our current Minister Mentor, spoke on the traits of a good Member of Parliament (MP) in the 1977 Debate on the President's Address. The making of a good MP is like "a marathon, not a hundred yard sprint". He highlighted "courage, loyalty and steadfastness..." Click here and choose 1977 to find out more.

Good questions...good answers here!

Well done, pupils! Many of you have asked good questions over the last week. However, I was not able to give you answers to many of your questions e.g Is there heaven? Are there ghosts in the world?
I have found this website (http://www.science.edu.sg) very useful and I hope it can solve your queries. You can ask questions here. Go to 'Search Sciencenet' or 'Post a question'. You may get a professor to answer your tough question.
Remember to post your good questions on your blog and hopefully, the answers too.
Have you asked a good question today?
